The room we had a Quality Inn and Suites was very nice large and clean. The ladies that clean the rooms are very friendly and nice. I was having a problem getting into my room but the maid that was on the floor even open my door for me because I was having a problem opening my door.
However, when we checked in was not very helpful and not friendly at all. He actually needs a course in customer relations and how to treat customers when they check in. The gentleman that was at the counter when we left in the morning was friendlier but he gave us bad information on how to get to the post office either that or we just did not understand what he said.
Stopped here for an overnight with my mom and 2 dogs. Relocating from FL back to NJ and this was a pet friendly hotel. Extremely pleased, great staff, good comfortable rooms, clean and good breakfast. Also good grounds to bring your dogs for a walk outside (away from main streets). Overall great experience!
Clean. Nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Better than average breakfast. Close to Randolph-Macon College (my destination). Gas stations and fast food close by. Right off the interstate. Recommend it.
Pretty decent hotel. Stayed overnight. Room was basic but clean, staff were professional but not overtly friendly and Breakfast was complementary although a bit bland. Overall, not a unpleasant stay. Would recommend for short term stay.
Its really clean and nice! The women staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location with plenty of choices for a bite to eat. The breakfast is nice. Overall the stay was good for me.
