Update:The clips for the shifter skirt are broken. It's not as if these guys are inexperienced; they've been there forever. They are just uncaring. Just crossed their fingers that my wife wouldn't notice before driving off instead of being honest about their screwup.
My wife took my car here, and they charged her extra for the car being dirty. It was not that dirty, and isn't that why they exist? I'm not paying you to clean a perfectly detailed car. The highschool kids at a $10, 10 minute car wash do as good a job. There are spots on the exterior that literally weren't touched, and the shifter skirt is dusty and detached, possibly broken though I haven't had much of a chance to look at it. There is an indented line on either side of the roof that tends to collect debris. It was untouched.
Under my back seat after having my car cleaned and vacuumed!!! It's sad that my SD card and thousand of memories are gone ... and new camera is gone ...maybe just a wired situation but it happened to disappear after getting car cleaned!!!
Great job and great people. They do a much better cleaning job then carpool at a much cheaper price.
