Had metal roof scraped, primed and coated in March 2016, Starting in May 2016 I have leaks in the roof and I notified Melvin T Morgan Co. In June of 2016 I notified them that I now had rust showing through the coating. On July 7 2016 the FIRST (and only) response from Melvin T Morgan Co. was to send one person out who stopped some of the leaks and re-coated over the rust spots. As of Oct. 2016 still have some leaks and rust areas.
Was working for them and the owner son melvin is unprofessional to the workers.if you ever had a roof done check it they do cut corner's.
They are very prompt when you are spending money for them to replace the roof. Thousands of dollars but when the roof causes a problem and the warranty needs to be used they don't respond in reasonable time. I have had 4 phone calls and still know one has come to see the problem. I have gotten the run around and we continue to get damage everytime it rains! Poor customer service when you have a problem that needs to be fixed!
