Literally love this place bc I crave it so much recently, but they always forget something to my order & it’s irritating when I can’t even go back out to get it bc I don’t wanna drive the 20 mins.
Waited at drive up to order and finally decided to park and walk up as it was taking so long. Walked up and pushed button to order, waited several minutes. Finally someone took order and gave total. I slid my card into slot. Nothing else happened and the touch screen for ordering wasn't working so I figured we were good. Sat down at picnic table and waited. Another family of 4 came up, placed their order, got their food and left. I stopped an employee and asked about my order. He said he would check. Waited so long I finally went to the door where the employees were coming in and out of and asked about my order. Someone asked me if I had a receipt and I let them know I hadn't received one. She asked where I placed my order and I told her. She nonchalantly told me "oh, that one's not working, we ha e to run your card in here". When I let them know the person who took my order didn't tell me that, the employees just looked at each other, seeming somewhat clueless. I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one, then when I asked, incredulously, again for a manager, a man who had been sitting on the other side of the counter said the manager wasn't there. I had to ask for the number of the manager, which took another 5 minutes. There was no attempt by anyone to remedy the situation, and no apologies! We left with nothing and wasted at least half an hour. See ya Sonic!
Good for shakes and drinks. Chicken poppers tried two times and done. They are hard, stale and dried out. Burgers ok but lacking in real flavor. Tarot tots sometimes ok and others soaked in grease and salt.
My chicken wrap was a little dry but here is why this place is still great. Staff is great all the time. The kids really enjoy the kid's meals. Love all the Slushy and Shake options it seems endless. Fun Family atmosphere with very good pricing.
Fries were salt bombs. Burger was not as good as usual. May take a break from them.
